The Challenge

Bossanova has worked with Adrian O’Farrell of Juice Marketing on several successful projects over the years. The most recent collaboration was a brand project for Active Workwear – a new venture specialising in high quality workwear and workplace solutions. Founder, Brendan Clarke had also partnered with Helly Hansen (HH) to open their first dedicated store in Ireland offering the largest range of HH Workwear.

The Response

Following a brand workshop, the team explored the identity creating a distinctive brand mark (an abstraction of their initials AW) supported by a modern, clean typeface and strong primary palette of black with a pop of mint green. The graphic lines of the brand mark really come to life in application to become bold, dynamic graphic devices for background or to house images.

An exciting part of the project was collaborating with the HH team on co-branding the Sandyford store through innovative POS and signage. We also created a differentiating tagline – Wear it. Work it. – which became the platform for their launch campaign.
