We use our website to share and showcase our work. No personal data is collected on our website.

We use Google Analytics to collect information about how our website is being used and how we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies stored in your browser to collect anonymous information about your visit, including your location, browser, device and activity. We cannot personally identify you from this information. You can adjust your browser settings to block cookies if you want to prevent Google from tracking your visit. 

Mailing List

We use Mailchimp to send occasional service and marketing emails to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at anytime by following the link in the footer of the email. We collect personal data when you interact with us, in person, on the phone, via email.

We collect your name, phone number, organisation and contact details. 

How we use your personal data:

We may use your personal data for the following:

  • To follow up on queries received in person, by phone or email.
  • To assist us in providing our services to you e.g. contact during the course of a project, invoicing on completion of work, etc. 
  • In the case work placements, internships, employment or collaboration queries, we may store the information you provided so we can follow up or contact you at a later date should a suitable opportunity arise.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties unless we are legally required to do so. We will always seek explicit consent to share information about you during the normal course of business.

Accessing your data

We will hold your data until you withdraw your consent.  You can withdraw your consent from our email marketing at anytime by following the link in the footer of the email to unsubscribe.
